Before submitting the final (proceedings) version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers. Only the final version of your accepted paper will be included in the conference proceedings.

Presentation Guideline

Please make sure that your presentation is Oral or Poster by the conference program. Poster presentation is also requested to make one minute short oral presentation at the the Short Oral sessions.

Oral Presentation

The presentation of Oral session is 15 minutes includaing Q&A (3 minutes). Please bring your laptop computer for your presentation. The projector has only VGA cable for connection.

Poster Presentation

FCV2016 has short oral (1 minute per presentation) for posters. Please submit a pptx presentation file to the conference by e-mail attachment by Feb.10, 2016. The detail instruction for presentation file submission will be send each author very soon.

Poster session

The size of a poster board is 1200mm(width)x1800mm(height), which is suite for A0 poster. At least one presenter should keep staying in front of the poster during the poster session.

Call for papers

FCV 2016 is the 22st Korea-Japan joint Workshop on Frontiers of Computer Vision. And the workshop will be held at Takayama, Japan, from February 17th to 19th, 2016. The workshop is pursuing a goal of developing new technologies on computer vision fundamentals, machine vision application, and also varieties of many related researches.

Scope

Topics of interest include all aspects of image processing, computer vision, machine vision, the fundamentals and applications including, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Computer Vision fundamentals:

    Early Vision, Representation, Color and Illumination analysis, Vision Geometry, Coding, Error analysis.

  • Image signal processing:

    Filtering, Image enhancement, Restoration, Transformation, Stochastic vision, Stereo vision, Scale space analysis, Hough transform, Morphological processing, Image sequence analysis, Image processing architecture, Software.
